TERMS OF SERVICES

Welcome to CryPay, a non custodial crypto payment gateway that connects buyers and sellers directly, eliminating the need for intermediaries. By using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”). CryPay is a product owned and operated by CryPay Corporation registered in British Virgin Islands.

These Terms govern your access to and use of the CryPay.com website (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are provided by CryPay (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms occasionally without prior notice to you. Your continued use of the Services after any such updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Description of Service

CryPay allows merchants to both generate and connect their addresses and wallets (the “Wallets”) to our platform, enabling them to receive a public key and an API key for integrating their websites to accept online payments. Users can make payments using any wallet of their choice for purchasing products or services.

We own all content on our website, and we grant you a license to use it subject to these Terms. You maintain full control of your crypto assets at all times, as we do not hold, manage, or control your crypto assets or funds in any way.

3. Fees

Each transaction is subject to a processing fee. Each settlement is subject to a settlement fee.

4. Merchant Account

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Account Setup

To use the Services, you must create a CryPay merchant account. We may request business and personal information, including contact details, legal business name, website, and ownership structure. Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in account rejection or closure.

Password Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account will be considered authorized unless you notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

Third-Party Services

Use of third-party services or integrations is at your own risk. CryPay is not responsible for the performance or terms of third-party services.

5. User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as required for the use of our Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your devices.

6. Rights in the Services

We retain all rights in the Services. We grant you a limited, revocable, non exclusive, non transferable license to use the Services for your personal or business transactions as outlined in these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

CryPay is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or business opportunities. Total liability is limited to the amount of fees collected from you in the three (3) months preceding the incident.

8. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the Services to:

• Facilitate or promote illegal activities.
• Exploit the Services for unauthorized commercial purposes.
• Introduce malicious software or exploit the Services’ functionality.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights or privacy of others.
• Interfere with other users’ use of the Services.
• Engage in any attack, hack, denial of service attack, or exploit any vulnerabilities of the Services.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is crucial to us. Our collection, use, and protection of personal information in connection with the Services are described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during the course of using the Services. This includes using appropriate safeguards and limiting access to authorized personnel.

11. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property, including logos, trademarks, and content associated with CryPay, remain the property of CryPay. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these assets strictly in connection with the Services.
